Before you book
What we carry — and what we don't
A dedicated van with your goods alone on board. If it's legal, sensible and fits in the van, the answer is usually yes. Here's the honest guide.
Carried every day
- Parcels, boxes and documents
- Urgent parts and breakdown spares
- Dental, medical and lab consignments
- Exhibition, event and AV kit
- Pallets and irregular-shaped items (within van limits)
- Legal and financial documents
Only by arrangement
- Hazardous goods (petrol, gas, aerosols, batteries, chemicals) — tell us before booking so we can confirm packaging and rules
- Goods worth over £1,000 — declare them so we can confirm insurance cover
- Perishables and fragile items — by arrangement, and agreed in writing
- Oversized loads — no job too large to quote: MWB, LWB, Luton and curtain-sided vehicles arranged for your job on request
Never carried
- Illegal goods of any kind
- Weapons or drugs
- Cash over £1,000
- Live animals
- People
Our driver can ask what's in a consignment to make sure it's allowed to travel, and can refuse at collection. If something prohibited turns up in transit, we stop the job, contact you and return the item at your cost. The full notice is in our terms of carriage.
Not sure if we can take something? Just ask — WhatsApp us on 07487 303548 or request a quote.
